The principle of the float switch

The float system (generally has corresponding auxiliary equipment) is made according to the buoyancy of the liquid. When the liquid level rises, the float system also rises accordingly. Similarly, when the liquid level drops, it also drops accordingly, when it rises or falls to At the set position, the float system will encounter the travel switch (or other microelectronic device) at the set position, so that the travel switch will send an electrical signal, and the electronic control device will act immediately when receiving the electrical signal. Turn off or turn on the power to form an automatic control system.
The float switch is basically a reed switch structure with a float that can move on the outside and a magnet inside the ball. When the magnet is subjected to buoyancy close to the reed switch, the contacts in the reed switch are turned on or off. The principle of the reed switch is that it repels the same magnetic pole and the opposite magnetic pole attracts. The switch of the reed switch in the liquid level switch controls the corresponding operating mechanism to form a complete set of circuits.
